My guide Risa made sure I was able to see every major point of the castle without overwhelming me with information. She took great care of me and I could ask as many questions as I liked. Fantastic tour with fantastic insights! She even arranged a photo with a local reenactment group — I was truly lucky to have her. Even after the tour she recommended many great places based on what I was looking for. A wonderful starting point for exploring the castle and its history!

We had a wonderful evening with Minii in Kobe. She guided us through her city with great passion and always a smile. It was very important to her that we happily walked from point to point. The earthquake memorial and the local lifestyle were all part of the programme. When we sat down for dinner, it felt like friendship. A few tears at goodbye. We hit the jackpot with Minii — it couldn't have gone better!

Had an amazing experience with our guide Tom! He was incredibly warm and friendly, with great knowledge and personal insights about the shrine and history. He made the whole experience so much more meaningful and even helped us navigate a very hectic street! You can really tell he cares about what he does. Highly recommend — an easy 5 stars!

A guided tour with Sanae — very enjoyable! We were a group of 6 and not the most disciplined, but she handled us perfectly 😊 Sanae explained the history of the palace and answered all our questions about the palace and Tokyo. She was very pleasant. We expected to see more of the palace itself, but that's a minor detail. Highly recommended!

Spectacular and interesting — Pepito was absolutely fantastic! He took us to the most authentic spots and made us enjoy the tour and the area so much. He gave us countless tips and recommended many places we will definitely visit. So lucky to find someone like him.

I've done food tours before that are very structured with small bites at each stop, but this felt completely different in a good way. It was relaxed and personalised, more like being shown around by a local. Yoshi was an excellent guide. We walked through Kuromon Market and Doguyasuji kitchen street, and he really helped cut through what can feel quite touristy. One highlight was a local restaurant he introduced us to, which was delicious and affordable. I also appreciated that he stepped away so my mum and I could enjoy the meal at our own pace. He went above and beyond by carrying one of our shopping bags and helping me find genuine made in Japan products. He also gave great recommendations for other places in Osaka to try. Overall, a thoughtful and genuinely helpful experience. Highly recommended!
